The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) revolution is here and the demand for mobile access to content is growing. With DNN2CRM modules you can provide employees secure access to CRM records via iPhone and other mobile devices. With DNN2CRM mobile modules, employees can view CRM 2011 Activities that are assigned to them, and update the activities with work details and duration (start and end times), from iPhone or other mobile devices. When an activity requires the customer’s approval, the employee can capture the signature, on a mobile device, which is then uploaded to CRM activity as an attachment, with the name of the person that signed-off the job and date & time of signature.
